Only use flawless wheels (ringing test:

when you strike the grinding wheel with
a plastic hammer, it results in a clear
sound) .
Never re‑drill a locating hole which is too

small to make it larger .
Never use separate bushings or adapters
u
in order to make grinding wheels with a
hole that is too large fit the product .
Do not use any saw blades .

NOTE
To clamp the grinding tools only use the
u
clamping flange provided . The pads
between the clamping flange and the
grinding tools must be made of elastic
materials e .g ., rubber, soft cardboard etc .
Reassemble the product completely after
u
replacing the tool .

Switching on and off

WARNING!
Make sure that the mains supply voltage

matches the voltage rating indicated on
the product's type plate .

1 . Connect the mains plug
socket‑outlet .
2 . To start, push the on/off slide switch
(Fig . A) forwards along the product before
pressing it into the product's grip surface .
3 . After switching on the product, wait until the
product has reached its max . speed . Start
working only now .
4 . To switch off, release the on/off slide
switch
Trial run
Always carry out a trial run without a load
o
before carrying out your first procedure as
well as after every tool change .
Switch the product off immediately if the
o
tool is not rotating smoothly, if considerable
vibration occurs, or if you hear abnormal
noises .
