Remedy
Have line and motor checked by a person skilled in the art and, if appropriate,
have it renewed
Have connections checked by a person skilled in the art and, if appropriate,
have them changed. Have motor protection switches and fuses installed or
set in accordance with the technical guidelines, reset monitoring systems.
Check blade wheel/propeller for ease of movement and, if appropriate, clean
them or make them operable again
Withdraw ventilator hood with screwdriver, replace it and check fan wheel
for ease of movement
Rotate motor shaft with screwdriver through ventilator hood: if shaft is
blocked, have pump checked by customer service
Remedy
Immerse foot-operated valve deeper in the water
Refill pump housing
Check tightness of the suction line
Seal foot-operated valve
Clean suction basket
Reduce suction height
Remedy
