Recording video or TV programmes
Using the i.LINK cable (DV connecting
cable)
Simply connect the i.LINK cable (DV connecting
cable) (optional) to DV IN/OUT and to DV IN/
OUT of the DV products. With digital-to-digital
connection, video and audio signals are
transmitted in digital form for high-quality
editing.
Before operation
Set DISPLAY to LCD in the menu settings. (The
default setting is LCD.)
(1) Insert a blank tape (or a tape you want to
record over) into your camcorder, and insert
the recorded tape into the VCR.
(2) Set the POWER switch to VCR.
(3) Press z REC and the button on its right
simultaneously on your camcorder, then
immediately press X on your camcorder.
(4) Press N on the VCR to start playback.
The picture from a TV or VCR appears on the
screen of your camcorder.
(5) Press X on your camcorder at the scene where
you want to start recording from.

Opnemen van video- of TV-
programma's
Via aansluiting met een i.LINK
aansluitsnoer (DV aansluitsnoer)
Sluit een i.LINK digitaal aansluitsnoer (DV
aansluitsnoer) (los verkrijgbaar) aan op de DV
IN/OUT aansluiting van dit apparaat en de DV
IN/OUT aansluiting van de andere DV
videorecorder. Via deze volledig digitale
aansluiting worden de video- en audio-gegevens
doorgegeven in digitale vorm, voor de beste
montagekwaliteit.
Alvorens te gaan kopiëren
Zet het onderdeel DISPLAY op "LCD" in het
instelmenu. (De oorspronkelijke instelling is
"LCD".)
(1) Plaats een blanco (of voor opnemen geschikte)
cassette in uw camcorder en plaats de cassette
met de te kopiëren opnamen in de camcorder.
(2) Zet de POWER schakelaar van de camcorder
in de "VCR" stand.
(3) Druk op uw camcorder de z REC
opnametoets en de toets rechts ervan tegelijk
in en onmiddellijk daarna ook de X
pauzetoets van de camcorder.
(4) Druk op de N weergavetoets van uw
videorecorder om de weergave van de te
kopiëren video-opnamen te starten.
De beelden van de TV of de videorecorder
zijn dan te zien op het scherm.
(5) Druk weer op de X pauzetoets van uw
camcorder bij het punt waar u wilt beginnen
met opnemen.
Na afloop van het kopiëren van de
video-opnamen
Druk zowel op de camcorder als op de
videorecorder de x stoptoets in.
