Notes
• The auxiliary handle (19) can be ro-
tated 360 ° on the device and can
be moved to any desired position.

hind.
Attaching the auxiliary handle
(Fig. C)
1. Turn the grip (34) of the auxiliary
handle (19) ⭯ .
2. Press the grip (34) towards the
loop (18) and hold this position.
This extends the loop (18).
3. This extends the loop (18) of the
auxiliary handle (19) behind the
keyless chuck. (2). Position the
loop (18) in the holder for the auxil-
iary handle (4).
4. Release the pressed grip (34).
5. Tighten the grip (34) of the auxili-
ary handle (19) ⭮ .
Removing the auxiliary handle
(Fig. C)
1. Turn the grip (34) of the auxiliary
handle (19) ⭯ .
2. Press the grip (34) towards the
loop (18) and hold this position.
This extends the loop (18).
3. Remove the auxiliary handle (19)
from the device by pulling the loop
(18) on the auxiliary handle (19)
over the keyless chuck (2).

Setting the depth stop

(Fig. C)
1. Release ⭯  the locking screw (35)
for the depth stop (20).

2. Push the depth stop (20) into the
small opening on the auxiliary
handle (19).
3. Position the depth stop (20) so
that the distance between the tip
of the drill and the tip of the depth
stop corresponds to the desired
drilling depth.
4. Fix the depth stop (20) by tighten-
ing the locking screw (35) ⭮ .
5. Loosen ⭯  the locking screw (35)
again to move the depth stop (20).

Instructions for Accessories

Measuring tape
1. Press and hold one of the locking
buttons (29.1) to temporarily fix the
pulled-out measuring tape (29).
2. Push the locking slider (29.2) for-
ward to permanently fix the pulled
out measuring tape.
3. Release the fixation by pulling
back the locking slider (29.2).
You can use the clip (29.3) on the
back to attach the measuring tape to
your belt.
Carpet knife
If the carpet knife (22) is blunt, the
blade can be replaced or the blunt/
damaged segment of the blade can
be broken.
The predetermined breaking points
can be recognised by the indenta-
tions, which are evenly spaced across
the blade.
Notes
 CAUTION! Risk of injury! When
a blade breaks off, parts may fly
through the air. Wear eye protec-
tion.
 CAUTION! Risk of injury! The
blades of a carpet knife are very
sharp. Wear safety gloves.
