Test report - Test loading for recurring test in concrete

1. Tasks carried out:
1.1 Test loading of the AP-fix anchorage point
2. Test method used: Test loading in accordance with the principle of preliminary tension
2.1 Function description:
A torque wrench is used to apply a testing torque of 35 Nm to the screw socket of the test load device. This
testing torque gives rise to a tensile load of 13 kN in the anchorage point. If the permissible twist angle of
135° is not exceeded, the slippage lies under 0.2 mm, in which case the anchorage point passes the test.
2.2 Test:
The concrete surface was cleaned. Each anchorage point was subjected to two test loads. The first
application of the testing torque served to level out the roughness of the concrete vis-à-vis the contact
surfaces of the testing device. The anchorage point was then unburdened, and the position of the testing
device was not changed. The second measurement started with the application of a distortion moment of
5 Nm. The 0°-mark of the angle scale was placed on the mark on the screw socket. The testing torque of
35 Nm was applied. The twist angle is to be read out at the scale.
