Troubleshooting
Symptoms
All displays remain
lit on power up.
Buzzer does not
sound at end of 6th
measurement.
Buzzer does not
sound at end of
single temperature
measurement.
Systolic display
shows software
version number
(eg: 1.53) and
Pulse and Reading
displays show
varying numbers.
CAUTION:
If the troubleshooting information in this manual does not
solve the problem, contact Huntleigh Healthcare Ltd. or
your distributor for technical service or replacement of the
Smartsigns® LITE Series or accessories.
Possible Cause(s)
Device not powered down
properly.
Device set to NIBP Silent
Mode.
Device set to Temperature
Silent Mode.
Device set to NIBP Zero
Calibration Check or NIBP
Reference Gauge Calibration
Check.
Corrective Action
Turn power off, wait 10
seconds, and turn power on
again.
Exit NIBP Silent Mode by
turning off power, and then
by holding STOP button
down while turning on
device.
Exit Temperature Silent
Mode by turning off power,
and then by holding
temperature START button
down while turning on
device.
Exit NIBP Zero Calibration
Check or NIBP Reference
Gauge Calibration Check by
turning off power and then
on again.
