Potential cause / solution / tips
•
Has the mains plug been correctly inserted in the
socket? Correct the position of the mains plug.
•
Is the socket defective? Try another socket.
•
Check the fuse for your mains connection.
•
The temperature sensor is defective. Contact customer
service.
•
The mixing bowl is not locked into the motor assembly.
Turn the latch knob counterclockwise up to the stop.
This slides the latch over the edge of the mixing bowl
lid. If that does not work, the mixing bowl lid may not be
properly seated. The spout must extend into the slot in
the lid.
•
The mixing bowl is open or is not properly seated in the
motor assembly. Close it with the mixing bowl lid, fi t it in
the motor assembly and lock it.
The motor is overheated.
1. Switch the device off.
2. Remove the mixing bowl and open it.
3. Reduce the fi ll quantity and/or add some more liquid.
4. Wait approx. 5 minutes (cool down period).
5. Close the mixing bowl and reinsert it.
6. Switch the device on. If it is still not possible to switch
the device on after the cool down period, contact cus-
tomer service.
