Beware of damage to the device
Check the device for damages prior to each use. The device
■
must not be used if it, the accessories, mains cord or plug ex-
hibit visible damages. Do not attempt to repair the device or
replace the cable and/or plug yourself. In the event of damage,
promptly contact the customer service department.
Each time before using the device, check whether the device
■
is clean, dry and whether it has been correctly assembled and
closed.
Do not use any additional accessories. Only use the enclosed
■
accessories from the manufacturer.
The device must not be heated when empty. Do not let the mo-
■
tor run if the device is empty.
Make sure that the maximum fi lling capacity (MAX mark in the
■
mixing bowl) is not exceeded!
Do not leave the device unattended when in operation.
■
Do not transport the device when in use.
■
To prevent boiling over, do not insert the measuring cup in the lid
■
opening when cooking food (especially cream or milk) and steam-
ing. Only insert it when puréeing food at a high setting to prevent
food from spraying out or if you cook at low cooking temperatures!
Do not allow the device to fall and do not subject it to strong
■
percussions.
Do not subject the device to extreme temperatures, severe
■
changes in temperature, direct sunlight or moisture.
If you take the basket insert out of the mixing bowl or remove
■
the steamer adapter, be absolutely sure to place it on a heat-re-
sistant surface.
Remove the mains plug from the socket if a fault occurs during
■
operation.
If you wish to remove the mains plug from the socket, never pull
■
on the cable, but always on the plug.
