Products which have pumped fluids which are hazar-
dous to health must always be decontaminated befo-
re changing to a new fluid. Also clarify whether the
product may be used in a different pumped fluid.
•
With products which have been operated with a lu-
bricant or cooling fluid (such as oil), this can escape
into the pumped fluid if the mechanical shaft seal is
defective.
Danger - explosive fluids!
It is absolutely prohibited to pump explosive liquids
(e.g. gasoline, kerosene, etc.). The products are not
designed for these liquids!
2.9. Sound Pressure
Depending on the size and power (kW), the pump has a
sound pressure of about 40dB (A) to 70dB (A) during op-
eration. However, the actual sound pressure depends on
several factors. These are, for example, the type of instal-
lation and set-up, mounting of accessories, piping, operat-
ing point, immersion depth, and much more.
3. General Description
3.1. Utilization
Sanicenter wastewater lifting units are used to drain mobi-
le toilets. Mobile use is also possible thanks to the trans-
port frame. The compact design including transport frame
enables space-saving installation and safe transport. If the
pumped medium contains chemically aggressive com-
ponents, the resistance of the pumps and tank materials
used must be
noted without fail.
ped medium may be 5 - 11.
3.2. Type of application
The wastewater lifting unit is designed for intermittent
operation S3 40%.
3.3. Structure
The plastic collection container has the following connec-
tions:
•
Vertical inlet connection DN100 / DN40
•
Horizontal inlet connection DN100 / DN40
•
Venting connection DN70
•
Cleaning opening
•
Connection for pneumatic control
•
Connection for a manual diagraph pump
The pump has a cutting device upstream of the impeller. It
consists of a fixed stainless steel cutting ring and a rotat-
ing stainless steel cutting head and shreds entrained sol-
ids so that the pumped medium can be pumped through
small pipe diameters (from DN 50).

The system also has a control unit for controlling and mo-
nitoring all important functions:
•
Level control system
•
Pump change after every switching cycle
•
Switching on the second pump at peak load
•
Overload protection with motor protective relay
•
Visual malfunction display
•
Alarm signal with built-in buzzer
•
Potential-free collective fault signal
You will find all the information on how it works in the
operating manual for the control unit.
4. Packaging, Transport and Storage
4.1. Delivery
After receipt, the shipment must be checked for damage
and completeness immediately. In the event of any de-
ficiencies, the transport company and the manufacturer
must be informed on the day of receipt, as no claims can
otherwise be made or considered valid. Any damage must
be noted on the delivery or transport receipt.
4.2. Transport
Do not throw or tip the lifting unit during transport.
Make sure that the lifting unit does not come into con-
tact with sharp edges. Protect the lifting unit from hea-
vy blows. The products are shipped in suitable packaging
by the manufacturer or supplier. This generally excludes
damage during transport and storage. Should you chan-
ge locations frequently, save the packaging carefully for
re-use.
