User program
With the user program you can make your own training program. For every user
profile one user program can be saved.
1. Select 'U' in the main menu with the UP and DOWN keys. Confirm the selection
with ENTER. You can now start editing the first resistance column of the user
program.
2. Set the resistance level of the first column with UP and DOWN keys. Confirm
with ENTER.
3. Repeat step 2 for the remaining columns.
4. After completing editing the user program press and hold ENTER for 2 seconds
to quit the editing menu.
5. Set the desired training duration with UP and DOWN keys. Confirm the
selection with ENTER.
6. Press START / STOP key to start the training session.
During a training session you are able to adjust the resistance level with the UP
and DOWN keys. With the START / STOP key you can pause the training session.
Press the RESET key to quit the training and return to the main menu.
The training is finished when the set training time has elapsed.
WATT Program
With the WATT program the computer will automatically adjust the resistance
to maintain the set output. Your pedalling speed (RPM) and resistance level
determine your output in WATT.
