Manual Program
With the manual program you can directly start training or set target value.
1. Select 'M' in the main menu with the UP and DOWN keys. Confirm the selection
with ENTER.
2. Set one or more target values or directly start the training by pressing the
START / STOP key.
3. Set the desired training duration with UP and DOWN keys. Confirm the
selection with ENTER.
4. Set the desired target distance with the UP and DOWN keys. Confirm the
selection with ENTER.
5. Set the target calories with the UP and DOWN keys. Confirm the selection with
ENTER.
6. Set the target heart rate with the UP and DOWN keys. Confirm the selection
with ENTER.
7. Press START / STOP key to start the training session.
During a training session you are able to adjust the resistance level with the UP
and DOWN keys. With the START / STOP key you can pause the training session.
Press the RESET key to quit the training and return to the main menu.
The training is finished when one of set target values reaches zero.

You are able to train to one of the 12 preset programs.
