Use
The time of day or clock function is displayed

Application
For baking and roasting on one or more levels
For energy-efficient baking and roasting on one level, without the need to preheat.
For baking and roasting on one level. Ideal for cakes with moist toppings
(e.g. cheesecake)
For frozen ready-made products and dishes which require a lot of heat from under-
neath. (see section: Baking)
For items that need to be baked at a high temperature
For food and baked goods which should form a crust or which require more browning
on the underside. Only activate "Bottom heat" for a short while at the end of the baking
time.
For poultry and larger pieces of meat
For large amounts of flat, small items for grilling (e.g. steaks, sausages)
