Do not use extension cords or a power strip.
Make sure that the power cord is undamaged and is not routed
over hot surfaces and/or sharp edges.
Take care to ensure that the power cord is not bent, twisted or
wedged.
Repairs to electrical devices may only be carried out by qualified
personnel who have been trained by the manufacturer. Unauthori-
sed repairs can lead to considerable hazards for the user.
Mount the electric towel warmer so that the on/off switch cannot
be operated by a person in the bathtub or shower.
Inspect the device for any visible damage before use. Do not
operate a device that has been damaged or fallen.
This device is not equipped with a unit for controlling the room
temperature. The heater must not be used in small rooms inhabited
by persons who cannot leave the room independently, unless
continuous monitoring is guaranteed.
Defective components may only be replaced with genuine spare
parts. Only genuine parts guarantee that safety requirements
are met.
Protect the device from moisture and liquid penetration.
Only disconnect the power cord from the socket at the mains plug,
not with the cable.
Do not operate the device in the vicinity of naked flames.
Do not install the device directly under or above a wall power
outlet.
In case of any malfunctions or thunderstorms, remove the plug from
the socket.
Never use the device near a bathtub, shower or swimming pool.
Only use the device with the power cord fully unrolled. Never
wrap the power cord around the device. Take care to ensure that
the power cord does not come into contact with hot surfaces.
Route the cable so that it is not possible to trip over it.
