4.3 Adjust the sample flow switch
Adjust the sample flow switch to set the alarm relay setpoint for low sample flow (60 L/h).
Item to collect: Mini flat-head screwdriver
1. Adjust the external shutoff valve, then the bypass valve (Q2-V2), until the sample flow meter
shows approximately 120 L/h. Refer to
2. Turn the cover of the sample flow switch counter-clockwise, then remove the cover. Refer to
Figure
9.
3. Turn the SENS (sensitivity) screw counter-clockwise until a click is heard.
4. Turn the SENS screw 10 turns clockwise.
5. If the red LED is on, slowly turn the ALM (alarm) screw clockwise until only two or three green
LEDs are on.
6. If all of the green LEDs are on, slowly turn the ALM screw counter-clockwise until only two or
three green LEDs are on.
7. Install the cover on the sample flow switch.
