push the dough in the fead tube.
18 Cleaning and Maintenance
This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to cleaning and maintaining
the device. Please observe the notices to prevent damages due to cleaning the device
incorrectly and to ensure trouble-free operation.
18.1 Safety information
Please observe the safety instructions, before cleaning your device
► Unplug the device when not in use and before any cleaning.
► The motor unit with power cord (1), the snake (8), the head tube (7), the fixing ring (12)
and the hopper plate (6) should not be placed in the dishwasher.
► The blade (9) is really sharp. Handle it with care.
18.2 Cleaning
Remove meat and dough residues from the head tube by mincing a piece of bread.
Turn of the power and unplug the power cord.
Rmove the pusher (5) and hopper plate (6).
l) Loosen the fixing ring (12) and remove all
parts out of head tube (7)
m) Turn the locking handle (3) to horizontal
position and remove the head tube (7)
from tube inlet (4).
Wash all parts that were in contat with food
in hot soapy water. Clean all parts
immediately after use. Clean the parts with
hot water and dry them immediately after
use.
You can clean the pusher (5), blade (9),
cutting plates (10, 11, 15), sausage
accessory (13) and dough accessory with
patter (14) in the dishwasher. Lubricate the
blade and cutting plate with vegetable oil.
