Het is aanbevolen om vers gebrande koffie te gebruiken. Vraag uw koffiebrander om
advies. De versheid van koffie wordt na het branden gedurende slechts enkele weken
behouden. Een goede verpakking kan voor een langere en betere bewaring van de
koffie zorgen. Als u niet zeker bent over de kwaliteit van de verpakking, kies een koffie
die onlangs werd gebrand.
Maal de koffie altijd net voordat u deze zult gebruiken.
