Carbon filters (recirculation use)
The carbon filters are located on both sides of the grease filter and on the underside of the grease
filter. These filters are regenerable by washing and drying them well. To do this, follow the next
procedure.
The regenerable active carbon filter must be washed by hand with neutral cleaning products, or in
the dishwasher at a maximum temperature of 65 °C (the washing should be done without any plates,
dishes, cups, etc. in the machine). Do not use washing detergent.
Remove excess water. Be careful to avoid damaging the filter. Place the filter in the oven to dry for
at least 1 hour at a maximum temperature of 80 °C. After up to 3 years (or if the filtres are damaged),
the filters will need to be replaced.
WARNING!
It is important that the grease filter and the regenerable active carbon filters are properly dried
before installation.
