9 Service and maintenance
Wolong New Energy gives a standard warranty of 60 months, starting from the date of purchase. Wolong New
Energy will perform warranty services when the defective unit is returned to Wolong New Energy together with a
copy of the invoice and warranty card which were issued by the dealer to the user. The unit should be returned in its
original or equivalent packaging; please preserve the original packaging. The S/N label on the unit must be present
and fully readable. Wolong New Energy reserves the right to deny warranty services, if all these requirements are not
fulfilled.
Excluded warranty claims:
1.
Warranty date expired;
2.
No warranty card or serial number;
3.
Improper use or operation;
4.
Unauthorized improvements and repairs;
5.
Transport damage;
6.
Ignoring safety instructions;
7.
Operating the inverter in severe environments neglecting the instructions;
8.
Installation and use that do not follow relevant international standards;
Damages caused by acts of nature or natural disasters (e.g., earthquake, fire, flood).

10 Recycling and disposal
The inverter and its packaging are predominantly made of recyclable raw materials. Ensure that they are
appropriately disposed.
