8.5 Problem solving
If you have problems connecting to the Wi-Fi module and/or accessing the website after you have entered IP
address 10.10.100.254, the distance between your computer and the inverter is probably too large. For a good signal
this distance should be less than 50 metres.
If an error message appears when entering the IP address in the Wi-Fi interface, the probable cause is an incorrect
IP address, a conflict with the IP address of other equipment and/or too many users on the router.
If you have correctly completed the steps in this manual and are still experiencing problems, please contact your
local internet provider.
