Possible actions
Short circuit:
1. Check the impedance between PV (+) and PV (-) and if the inverter is
earthed. The impedance must be greater than 2MΩ.
2. Check whether the AC is earthed.
The ground current is too high:
1. After cutting off the AC end connection, unplug the inputs from the PV
generator and check the peripheral AC system.
2. After the cause is found, re-plug the PV generator and AC connection, and
check PV-inverter status.
The inverter indicates power imbalance:
1. Wait for a moment. If the grid returns to normal, PV-inverter will automatically
restart.
2. Make sure that the grid voltage and frequency meet the specifications.
Grid seems not to be connected:
1. Check grid connection cables.
2. Check grid usability.
3. If grid connection and usability are in order, and the problem persists, the
fuse in the inverter might be open. Please call the service.
The internal temperature is higher than specified normal value:
1. Try to reduce the ambient temperature.
2. Or move the inverter to a cooler environment.
Input voltage is too high:
1. Check the open circuit voltage of the PV generator, see if it is higher than or
too close to 550VDC.
2. If PV voltage is less than 550VDC, and the problem still occurs, please call
the service.
