5.0 Adjusting the Connecting Frame
Adjustment:
The connecting frame can be extended by approximately 20mm
to fit a wheelchair with a wider front frame.
Therefore the 12 allen screws on the top and bottom cover of
the adjuster clamp need to be loosened. The connecting frame
can then be pulled out on both sides, (Fig.5.1). Tighten all allen
screws with a torque of 10Nm.
CAUTION!
• Ensure that the connecting frame is extended equally on
both sides
• Never extend the connecting frame too far.
• Esure that the ends of the frame tube are within the "MAX"
marking printed on top of the adjuster clamp, (see Fig.5.2).
