5.2
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OWNER UNDER THIS GUARANTEE
For hassle-free warranty coverage, it is important (but not mandatory) to register
your YAKINIKU® product online on https://www.yakinikugrill.com/ or on the coun-
try-specific website you are referred to. Also keep your original purchase receipt
and/or invoice. By registering your YAKINIKU® product, you confirm the warranty
coverage and it becomes possible for YAKINIKU® to contact you if necessary. The
above warranty applies only if the owner handles the YAKINIKU® product carefully
by following all assembly instructions, instructions for use and preventive mainte-
nance instructions as described in the corresponding user manual, unless the ow-
ner can prove that the defect or failure has nothing to do with not complying with
the above obligations. If you live in a coastal area or your product is placed near a
swimming pool, regular cleaning and rinsing of the outside of the product is part of
regular maintenance, as described in the accompanying user manual.
5.3
WARRANTY CHECKOUT/WARRANTY EXCLUSION
If you think a component is covered by this warranty, please contact YAKINIKU
customer service. For this you can use the contact details on our website https://
www.yakinikugrill.com/ (or the country specific website to which you are referred).

will repair or replace defective parts covered by this warranty after exa-

mination at its discretion. If repair or replacement is not possible, YAKINIKU
choose (at will) to replace the barbecue with a new barbecue of equal or greater

This WARRANTY shall be voided in the case of damage, wear, discoloration and/or
rust for which YAKINIKU
•
Misuse, improper use, modification, vandalism, neglect, improper
assembly or installation or failure to perform normal and routine
maintenance;
•
Exposure to salty air and/or chlorine from, for example, swimming pools,
hot tubs and thermal baths;
•
Severe weather influences such as hail, hurricanes, earthquakes,
tsunamis, high tides, tornadoes or severe storms.

Thermometers, rings, wheels, handles, feathers and other parts must be
mounted yourself.
