Thank you very much for your purchase of a YAKINIKU® Grill.
This voluntary guarantee from YAKINIKU® is provided to you free of charge. Here
you will find all the information you need to repair your YAKINIKU® product in the
unlikely event of malfunctions or defects.
Under applicable law, the customer has a number of rights if the product is defective.
These rights include additional service or replacement, reduction of purchase price
and compensation. Within the European Union, for example, this is a two-year legal
guarantee from the date on which the product is transferred.
This guarantee does not affect these and other legal rights. This guarantee even
grants additional rights to the owner, outside the legal guarantee provisions.

YAKINIKU
YAKINIKU
offers the purchaser of the YAKINIKU

gift or promotional action, the person for whom it was purchased as a gift or pro-
motional item) the guarantee that the YAKINIKU
manufacturing defects during the period(s) indicated below, subject to assembly
and use in accordance with the accompanying user manual. (Note: If you lose your

In normal use and maintenance of a single-family home or apartment, YAKINIKU
will® repair or replace defective parts under this warranty, taking into account the
periods, restrictions and exceptions specified below. TO THE EXTENT THAT THIS
IS POSSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THIS GUARANTEE IS ONLY PROVIDED
TO THE ORIGINAL BUYER AND CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO SUBSEQUENT OW-
NERS, EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF GIFTS AND PROMOTIONS AS MENTIONED ABOVE.
