10.2. Technican tackle-able issues
Pump issues that need to be addressed by professional technicians. The LCD
displays each error code and an accompanying cogwheel-with-wrench symbol to
alert you. If encountering this, contact service center for further assistance.
(1) Power failure alarm
NOTE: There will be buzz sound and the alarm mute LED will light up
constantly with dark screen when POWER FAILURE occurs.
NOTE: The pump can seal the air inside the mattress, which temporaily
keeps the patients from bottoming out during power failure. Patients
should be moved if the power failure issue cannot be solved soon.
