1) Stove and oven
Ensure that your device is regularly maintained, and it will
give you many years of excellent service.

Do not clean the device while it is in operation. Wait for it
to cool down, to avoid burning yourself on the hot parts
(pan supports, burners, oven door...).

Disconnect the gas cylinder.

While cleaning, take care not to obstruct the burner
holes. If the holes should be blocked, for example by
food overflow, unclog the holes using a non-metallic
brush.

Never use scouring pads or other abrasive products on
heat diffuser. It could be damaged.

Clean the greasy parts with soapy water or a non-
abrasive detergent.
–
Remove and clean all the various parts of the device.
Dry them.
–
For an easier cleaning, the heat diffuser (6), the oven
rack (5) and the stove grid (2) can be washed using a
washing machine.
–
Store the device in a dry, well-ventilated place.
2) Flexible hose or hose between the regulator and the
device

Regularly check the condition of the hose/hose and
change it if it shows signs of ageing or cracking.

replaced by components meeting the requirements of
