Manual lighting
If igniter fails to light the oven burner, use a match to light
burner.
–
Open the oven door.
–
Remove the heat diffuser (6).
–
Strike a match and bring it close to the burner.
–

fig. 9) and turn it anti-clockwise to the full flow
position (
).

If the burner does not ignite after 15 seconds, release
the control knob and turn it clockwise to position "off" (
). Wait at least 1 minute before repeating the lighting
operation.
–
When the burner is on (watch the flame through the hole
of the heat diffuser (6) (see fig. 9 - A) keep pushing down
the button knob during 10 seconds then release it.
–
Put the heat diffuser back (6) into the oven.
–
Adjust the flame by turning the control knob through the
range between (
) and ( ).
Important: Never use the oven without the heat diffuser
in place.
Important: If the oven burner goes out suddenly, open
the oven door and leave about 5 minutes before lighting
again.
Preheating
Allow the oven to heat up for around 20-25 minutes -
control knobs in position (
temperature (200°C).
Baking
–
Use household baking dishes that withstand normal
oven temperatures.
–
The cooking temperature is not automatically regulated.
–
Use the thermometer (see point 12 on page 4) as a guide
and manually adjust the temperature with the control
knob. Adjust the flame to match the wanted temperature
of the oven by turning the control knob through the
range between (
) and ( ).
–
Continuously monitor the baking process while using
the oven. Adjust the temperature and rotate the baking
dish as necessary.
–
Follow the recommended food preparation instructions
on food packages.
–
Cooking times may vary depending on weather
conditions and altitude.
Toasting
–
Turn oven fully on: turn the control knob (see fig. 9) anti-
clockwise to the full flow position (

All rack positions may be used for toasting.
Shutting down
–
Turn the knob of the oven burner clockwise to the "off"
position (
).
–
Close the valve on the regulator or gas cylinder if necessary.

E - REMOVING OR CHANGING THE
GAS CYLINDER
–
Check that the gas cylinder valve or regulator lever is in
the closed position.
–
Disconnect the regulator from the gas cylinder.
–
Install the new gas cylinder.
–
Connect the regulator to the new gas cylinder (check
the condition of the regulator seal, before connecting it
to the gas cylinder).
