Spicy Chicken Legs

1. Peel the garlic and squeeze through the garlic press.
2. Mix the clove of garlic with sugar, chilli/paprika powder, salt, pepper and oil.
3. Rub the marinade into the chicken legs and allow it to infuse for at least 20 minutes.

1. Separate off the egg white.
2. Place the egg white, our and breadcrumbs in three separate bowls.
3. Chop each of the chicken breast llets into strips of equal sizes.
4. Season the chicken breast llet strips with salt and pepper, roll in the our, then dip
them in egg white and roll in the breadcrumb coating.
5. Place the chicken breast llet strips on the baking rack.
