First set‑up of the product

Switch off the product and
disconnect it from the power before
replacing attachments, cleaning and
when not in use .
Unpacking the product and
basic cleaning
1 . Take the product out of the packaging and
remove all packaging materials and plastic
wrappings .
2 . Check to make sure that all listed parts are
included (see "Scope of delivery") .
3 . Check whether the product and all parts
are in good condition, if any damage or
defect is detected, do not use the product,
but follow the procedure described in
chapter "Warranty" .
Tensioning/replacing the
abrasive belt
NOTE
The direction of the arrows on the inside

1 . Loosen the clamping device for the
abrasive belt by swivelling the clamping
lever
all the way out . The abrasive

Manually adjusting the abrasive belt
If the belt tracking is not centred when you

switch on the product, you may need to
manually adjust it .
Ensure that the abrasive belt

rub against the housing . Check the belt
tracking regularly and adjust it with the
adjusting screw

running centered .
