Setting the oven temperature

NOTE
• The set temperature may deviate from the values stated below by up
to ±20 °C.
• Immediately after the ignition in any position of the control knob, the
flame of the oven burner is switched on at the maximum output and
then automatically reverts to the minimum output as soon as the set
oven temperature is reached.
• If the oven has not cooled down from previous use, the burner may
go out straight after lighting it. In this case, blow into the burner
opening to get rid of the steam.
• Ignite the oven again as previously described.
Set the required temperature using the temperature regulator (fig. 2 1, page 3):
