Problem
The lift does not respond to the hand control
function
The lift does not respond to the control box
buttons
The lift is not charging
The lift stops while lifting the client
The lift is making strange noises (cracking,
crossover, etc.).
The lift cannot be moved
If the error messages persist, stop using the lift immediately and contact the dealer for further instruc-
tions.
Solution
Check whether the emergency stop has been activated
Check whether the battery is sufficiently charged
Check whether the hand control cable is connected
Check whether the battery is correctly fitted
Check whether the charging cable is connected
Check whether the other wires are connected
Check whether the service LED is flashing
Check whether the lift responds to the raising/lowering button on the controller
