The climate conditions of the room must be
within the following parameters:
• Temperature 10-40 ºC (recommended 20 ºC

Cleaning
Cleaning is an important requirement to ensure
that the lift works properly over a long period of
time. Routine cleaning of the lift will suffice if it
is used by the same client.
The lift will need to be disinfected if there are
visible signs of material or possibly infected
material (blood, stool, pus) or in situations
requiring a high level of high infection control.
CAUTION!
The Diana II must be cleaned and disinfected
every time a different client uses the lift before
it can be used again.

CAUTION!
Before cleaning the lift, check that:
• All plugs are correctly connected.
• The battery is mounted on top of the control
box.
• None of the electrical components show
external damage. Failure to do this may
result in water or cleaning agents to get into
the lift and cause interference with the unit
or damage to electrical components.
• Electrical components cannot be washed
with water jets or high-pressure cleaners,
etc. They can only be cleaned with a damp
cloth.
• Stop using the lift if you suspect that water
or liquid has entered the electrical compo-
nents and report the incident immediately to
the service center.
• Failure to comply with the above rules may
result in serious damage to the equipment
and could have other unforeseen conse-
quences.
