Maintenance of the frame
The metal sections of the frame can
be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth.
Cleaned surfaces should be wiped dry
each time. Do not use cleaning prod-
ucts containing alcohol.
All moving joints must be lubricated
once every six months or when they
start making a loud noise when used.
The moving joints include:
• castors and actuators;
• bearing bushes and joints of the
legs and boom.
As a lubricant, we recommend using
commercially available penetrating
and lubricating products (e.g. Wurth
HHS 2000). Any spillage of such prod-
ucts must be removed immediately
with a dry cloth.
Threaded connections should be
inspected periodically – once every
six months – and, if necessary, any
tolerance must be remedied. Any
inadvertent tolerances must be
reported to the manufacturer's service
center. The lift can no longer be used
until the cause of this tolerances has
been removed. Any tolerance in joints
that cannot be remedied must be
reported to the manufacturer's service
department. The product can no
longer be used until the cause of this
slack has been removed.

Periodic electrical safety tests
A service is required every 12 months or 8000
lifting cycles, whichever comes first and every
time after a fault/repair of the lift. Services,
including the electrical safety test, must be
carried out by a certified person.
Services should include as a minimum:
Check whether there is mechanical
damage to the wiring;
Check whether there is mechanical
damage to the housing of the control-
ler, battery and actuator;
Check whether the height adjustment
and leg adjustment buttons are
working properly.
