yellow or red lED „phase sequence" (with Ac cur-
rent)
Lights up when phases of the mains supply have been
switched. The pump then runs in the wrong rotational
direction, which leads to reduced capacity and increased
wear. The display does not report, for example, when
the connecting cable between the motor and control
unit have been connected incorrectly after the pump mo-
tor has been replaced, causing the pump to run in the
wrong rotational direction. Therefore, in such cases, the
correct rotational direction of the motor must always be
checked, even if the unit is dismantled. The impeller must
turn clockwise when viewed from the top side of the
motor. When the motor starts, it jolts counterclockwise.
To switch phases in the event of an incorrect phase se-
quence, see Section 5.6.
•
red „Error" lED (continuous signal in conjunction
with „Alarm" lED)
If the error and alarm LEDs light up together as a con-
tinuous signal, the temperature sensor has switched off
the pump motor due to overheating. At the same time,
the audible alarm will sound if turned on. Any connect-
ed external alarm notification is activated likewise. After
the motor has cooled down, exit this error notification by
pressing the „Reset" button. If the system still does not
work properly, please inform our customer service depart-
ment.
•
red „Error" lED (blinking signal)
Flashes for information two months before the recom-
mended annual maintenance date is reached. The signal
is acknowledged by the customer service department
during maintenance.
•
Disabling „Maintenance flash":
Move the power switch to the „Off" position and then
press the „Reset" button. After releasing the „Reset"
button, the „Alarm" LED will light up for approximately
1 second. Within this time, move the operating switch to
the „Auto" position. The „Error" LED blinking will turn off.
re-activating „Maintenance blinking" (can only be
carried out by the customer service department!):
Reset the maintenance counter in the ServCom diagnos-
tic equipment's menu. Then, move the power switch to
the „Off" position and press the „Reset" button.
•
red „Alarm" lED (continuous signal)
Lights up when the liquid level in the tank rises above the
alarm level. At the same time, the audible alarm will sound
if turned on. Any connected external alarm notification is
activated likewise. If the green „Operation" LED lights up
simultaneously with the alarm LED, the pump is in oper-
ation but is temporarily failing to pump out a particularly
strong inflow quantity. In this case, wait until the inflow
quantity slows. The alarms will then switch off automat-
ically. If this does not occur, there is a malfunction in the
system. In this case, please call your customer service
department.
•
red „Alarm" lED (blinking signal)
If the alarm LED is blinking, the control system has detect-
ed multiple abnormally long pump cycles. Please notify
your customer service department!.
5.5.2 Electronic control unit Sanimaster G (double
system)
The switchgear belonging to the scope of delivery of the
system controls and monitors the operating functions and
notifies the user(s) of occurring errors.
The switches have the following functions:
OPErATING lIMIT SWITcH
•
„Manual" setting
The respective pump operates permanently, independent
of the contents of the container.
•
„Off" setting
The respective pump is switched off.
•
„Auto" setting
The respective pump is controlled automatically, depend-
ing on the liquid fill level in the container. In addition, the
alarm switch recommissions the system after errors (see
below).
EMErGENcy cAll SWITcH
•
„On" setting
The audible alarm is triggered (in conjunction with the red
LED „alarm") when the liquid level in the tank container
rises above the alarm level. If the level falls below this
point, the alarm will switch off automatically.
•
„Off" setting
The acoustic alarm is switched off.
rESET BUTTON
Acknowledges and exits an error indicator.
The colored illuminated diodes (LEDs) signify the follow-
ing:
•
Green lED „Operation"
Lights up when the pump is in operation. Both LEDs will
light up during the parallel operation of both pumps.
•
red „Error" lED (continuous signal in conjunction
with „Alarm" lED) (one per pump):
If the error and alarm LEDs light up together as a contin-
uous signal, the temperature sensor has switched off the
pump motor due to overheating. At the same time, the
audible alarm will sound if turned on.
Any connected external alarm notification is activated like-
wise. The system will then automatically switch to oper-
ate the second pump. After the motor has cooled down,
exit this error notification by pressing the „Reset" button.
If the system still does not work properly, please inform
our customer service department.
•
red „Pump 1 Error" lED (blinking signal)
Flashes for information two months before the recom-
mended annual maintenance date is reached. The signal
is acknowledged by the customer service department
during maintenance.
Disabling „Maintenance flash":
Move the power switch for Pump 1 to the „Off" position
and then press the „Reset" button. After releasing the
„Reset" button, the „Alarm" LED will light up for approx-
