Installation examples
The system must be installed so that the operating and serviceable items
are easily accessible. Be sure to allow sufficient free space (approx. 50
cm) between the lateral inlet and existing walls.
Install a shut-off valve in the inlet and pressure line in order to facilitate
the work steps during maintenance or possible dismantling of the system.
To avoid deposits in the horizontal pressure line, the line and the system
must be designed for a minimum flow rate of 0.7 m/s and at least 1.0 m/s
for vertical lines.
The inlet through the horizontal pipe can alternately take place via a direct
toilet connection at 180 or 250 mm, or a DN 100 and DN 40 drain pipe.
In addition, vertical connection options are available via inlet pipes DN
40 and DN 100. For the desired connection, the corresponding opening
must be cut off of the respective inlet pipe of the container. The internal
diameter of the inlet line and inlet pipe must be coordinated.
The discharge line should have a diameter of at least DN50 and should
not be laid in tight bends. The line must be laid above the backflow level,
i.e. it must be laid in a continuous rise above this level, and must then
feed directly to the manifold in a loop.
Freezing of the discharge line must be excluded. It is advisable to suffici-
ently insulate the entire discharge line all the way to the backflow level.
A gate valve should be installed immediately after the non-return
flap in the discharge line. The Saniboy G and Sanimaster G mo-
dels do not have an integrated non-return flap/ For the Saniboy I,
a DN 80 non-return flap must be installed directly on the system's
discharge flange and the gate valve valve must be installed directly above
it. Instead of the supplied DN 80 / DN 100 flexible transition piece, a DN
80 / DN 80 transition piece (available as an accessory) can also be used
when using a DN 80 discharge line. For the Saniboy G and Sanimaster
G systems, the non-return flap and gate valve must be installed in the
discharge line immediately after the 90° angle connector (available as
accessories)
In order for the level control unit to function properly and drain the storage
tank , it is essential to lay the pressure hose between the storage tank and
control unit without bends and at a steadily rising level, without loops.
Cut open the vertical vent pipes and install a DN 70 vent line on the sto-
rage tank using the supplied elastic transition piece. The vent line must be
installed without clogs and secured against buckling or bending. The line
must lead outside in accordance with local regulations.
The supplied/connected switchgear must be attached to the wall and be
secured against flooding in accordance with local regulations.
We recommend the installation of a manual diaphragm pump in
order to be able to empty the storage tank in the event of a po-
wer or pump failure. To do so, drill open the 1" connection located
on the container. Install the manual diaphragm pump into a 1" ri-
sing line (use a pipe or hose). A non-return flap should be installed
in the line to above the manual diaphragm pump to prevent the re-
turn flow of the medium to be pumped. Guide the rising line to the
manifold over the backflow level.
