CoolFlow cold water circulation
10.1.3
With CoolFlow cold water circulation, several
riser branches or distribution lines are connected
to a common circulation line. The KHS CoolFlow
cold water regulating valve assumes the task of
hydraulic balancing and opens or closes the fl ow
paths for the water exchange. One CoolFlow cold
water control valve (A-valve) and the B-valve open
together, while all other cold water control valves
close. In this way, a targeted water exchange is
carried out in the pipe section in question. After a
water exchange, the B valve closes and the cold
water regulating valves return to the regulating
position.
