Do not use the heater in the vicinity of paint, flammable materials, liquids, gases or
pressurised gas pipes.
Do not use the heater in an enclosed space, living area, ground floor, cellar or space
under ground level.
Do not start the heater if the combustion chamber is not hot.
Do not start the heater if too much fuel has gathered in the combustion chamber.
Do not allow untrained, inexperienced people to operate the heater and do not allow it
to be operated unless all covers, lids and so on have been correctly installed. People
with respiratory problems must first consult a doctor before using the heater.
Never leave a working heater unsupervised but switch it off when you leave the
workspace. Give it time to cool down before you remove the plug from the socket. Do
not switch the heater off by removing the plug from the socket; always use the on/off
switch. Always remove the plug from the socket if the heater is not in use.
Make sure, after use, that the heater has been switched off properly and store it in a
safe and dry environment out of the reach of children. Remove the fuel.
Do not replenish the fuel when the heater is working or is still hot. Switch it off, remove
the plug from the socket and leave to cool. Replenish fuel outdoors and make sure that
there are no naked flames nearby. Do not overfill the fuel tank and remove any spilt
fluid immediately and carefully. Use no external fuel supply.
Never move the heater and do not touch if it is in operation or is still hot. Unplug and
then leave to cool.
The heater (and cap and blower opening) become extremely hot during use. Never
touch the heater during or shortly after operation but leave to cool and wear
protective gloves. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable
people or animals are present. do not let bare skin come into contact with hot surfaces.
Never transport the heater with fuel in the tank!
Do not damage the electrical cable. Do not tilt the heater using the cable and do not
pull on the cable to remove the plug from the socket. Keep the cable away from heat,
oil and sharp edges. Do not use the heater if the cable is damaged but make sure it is
replaced by your supplier or a recognised electrician in order to prevent risks.
Never block the heater's inlet and outlet openings! Never place any cooking devices or
similar on the heater.
Do not use a pipe or similar on the front or back of the heater.
Do not use the heater in rooms used by children. Do not allow children or animals in
the vicinity of the heater, particularly if it is on or still hot.
Close supervision is necessary when the product is used near children, incapacitated
persons or pets. The device is not suitable for use by persons (including children) with a
physical, sensual or mental limitation or a lack of experience and knowledge,
irrespective of whether they are being supervised or have been issued with instructions
in relation to the use of the device by a person who is responsible for their safety.
Always ensure that children cannot play with the device.
