6.3 Description daily control
6.3.1. Trailer
GENERAL: Check the trailer entirely for screws coming loose, cracks and/or breakages of the welded joints.
Keep the machine as clean as possible to avoid dirt, water, oil and spilled fuel having a unfavourable effect.
Double check the tire pressure, brakes, closing of the cap, lights ...
This is necessary for your own good and other peoples safety on the road.
6.3.2. Valves + manometer
At an switched off machine, this means a halted engine, the manometer must reflect 0 bar.
t an maximum performing machine, this means operated at full load working engine, the manometer can not
indicate more than the maximum pressure by DiBO indicated, for your machine.
After operation and releasing the gun can still remain a small pressure remainder present.
The reflected value of the manometer must be between 0-30 bar, the valves are then all right.
6.3.3. High pressure pump
Check the pump on loose connections, bolts, seals and leaks. Check regularly the oil level of the pump.
If the oil level has decreased too much or pollution of oil is observed, should these be replaced before work-
ing further. Put the machine on a horizontal base. The oil level must stand halfway the level glass.
Take at doubt the oil level stick separately, where the oil level must stand between both mark lines.
If pump oil gives a milky impression, frequently indicates this on an internal leak as a result of which water
touched oil there. Immediately repair is necessary then.
6.3.4. High pressure and low pressure parts
Check the hoses, piping and connections on external damages and leaks.
If damaged or leaks these must be immediately replaced.
6.3.5. Spray equipment
Check lances and guns on leaks, external damages and hair cracks.
If damaged or leaks these must be immediately replaced.
Check the spray image of the water jet, if these blows out to much you must replace the nozzle.
Check protective cap-nozzle on damages and replace if necessary.
Check the thread of the couplings on external damages. At damage let these replace without delay.
6.3.6. Electrical part
Checks visible electric wiring and components (among other things switches) on external visible damages.
If damaged let replace the concerning parts.
6.3.7. Burner
Check if the burner opening is clear of pollution.
Checks pipes and connections on leaks and external damages. Check the filter and replace if necessary.
Check the sort fuel and the pollution in the tank and clean if necessary.
Ignition transformer from the burner:
It is important that on the ignition transformer a load is connected.
The switching on of the ignition transformer without the ignition pins are connected, are not permitted.
We recommend during maintenance activities certainly checking the connections of the ignition cables and
for the case the burner would not work, certainly don't let run the burner.
6.3.8. Water tank
Check the water tank on external damages and leaks.
Check when the tank is filling if the float system works properly.
6.3.9. Engine
Check the engine for loose parts, leaks. Check the oil level with the oil gauge.
When the oil level has gone down too much, or contamination of the oil is found, this must be replaced before
continuing the works. Check that the intake opening is not blocked.
Check the filter for extreme contamination and clean / replace it if necessary.
Check the filter for contamination and clean / replace it if necessary.
6.3.10. Fuel tank
Check for damage or leakages. If damaged, you have to replace/repair the tank.
Regularly check the tank on contamination.
