Dismantle the lockable cover and flap
Open both quick-release closures.
Remove the lockable cover with motor.
Pull off the retaining clip and remove the backwater
flap.
Check the pump, clean if necessary
Needs-based maintenance is planned for the system
pump. The movable components can be dismantled if
necessary depending on the backflow events (can be
read out at the control unit) or the degree of soiling of the
pump. If an error message is applied at the control unit, a
full maintenance must be carried out.
If necessary, dismantle the spiral housing with macerator
(TX 20).
Check the shaft behind the impeller for foreign bodies,
clean if necessary.
Clear the ventilation pipe.
Check the cutting blades on the shaft and cutting plate
in the spiral housing for wear and replace if necessary
(see accessories set 28075, follow the enclosed installa-
tion instructions EBA no. 010-006 on centring the cutting
blade!).
Clean the components
Clean all the dismantled components in the water bath
(using a brush if necessary).

cover
Seal on the swivel connection
Grease the backwater flap and motor-driven lever where
the two components touch each other
