Maintenance
NOTICE
Disconnect system from energy sources!
Ensure that the electrical components are disconnected from the electrical power supply during the work.
7.1
Maintenance interval
According to standard specifications, maintenance must be carried out at the following intervals:
Every 6 months (EN 13564)
7.2
Preparing maintenance
Only carry out maintenance if there is no backwater
present.
Carry out a functional check of the system, if not already
done. see "Commissioning and functional check"
Close the motor-driven flap at the control unit using the
"Manual operation" button.
Use the "Alarm" button to switch off battery mode.
Take an insulation measurement of the pump according
to the national guidelines for electrical safety.
Document the measured value.
7.3
Dismantle and clean the components
Remove the pump
Open both quick-release closures.
Open the one-handed closure at the pressure pipe con-
nection.
Open the swivel connection.
The pump can be lifted out without tools.
Remove the level detection
Unscrew both screws (TX25).
Pull the probe out with bracket.
Repeat the procedure for the second probe.
