1. Charge the battery pack (see operating instructions
for the battery pack and charger).
2. Store the charged battery pack in a cool and dry
place.
Care and service
Maintenance intervals
Notifications appear on the display and in the app to re-
mind the user to maintain the device. The maintenance
intervals may differ, depending on how often the clean-
ing robot is used.
After each operation
1. Check the cleaning brush, the side brushes and the
wheels and clean them if necessary.
2. Charge the battery packs.
3. Check whether the dust container needs to be emp-
tied.
4. Clean the sensors with a moist, lint-free cloth. If nec-
essary, use additional glass cleaner.
Weekly
1. Clean the filter and the pre-filter.
2. Clean the cleaning brush.
3. Clean the wheels.
Replacing upon wear
1. Replace the side brushes.
2. Replace the sweeping edge.
3. Replace the cleaning brush.
4. Replace the filter.
Every 2 years
1. Replace the button cell.
Maintenance work
Maintenance tasks as animation
Various maintenance tasks are stored as animations in
the device and can be called up on the display or in the
app, see chapter Help.
Cleaning the wheels
Dirt particles (e.g. sand.) can get stuck on the running
surface and then damage sensitive, smooth floor sur-
faces.
1. Clean the wheel running surfaces.
Emptying the dust container
1. Press the unlocking button on the dust container
and remove the dust container from the device.

Malfunction
The cleaning robot can-
not be switched on
Customer Service department
If the malfunction cannot be corrected, the device must
be checked by the Customer Service department.
Warranty
The warranty conditions issued by our relevant sales
company apply in all countries. We shall remedy possi-
ble malfunctions on your appliance within the warranty
period free of cost, provided that a material or manufac-
turing flaw is the cause. In a warranty case, please con-
tact your dealer (with the purchase receipt) or the next
authorised customer service site.

Faults not shown on the display
Rectification
1. Check whether the battery packs are charged and charge them if necessary.
2. If necessary, lift up the handle on the dust container.
3. Press the unlocking button on the door of the dust
container.
4. Lower the door of the dust container.
5. Empty the dust container.
1. Press the unlocking button on the dust container
and remove the dust container from the device.
2. Press the tab on the filter cover and lift up the filter
cover.
3. Remove the filter.
4. Knock out the filter.
Removing and cleaning the cleaning brush
1. Remove the cover of the cleaning brush with sweep-
ing edge.
2. Remove the cleaning brush.
3. Remove tangled threads and hairs.
Removing and cleaning the side brush
1. Remove the side brush from the holder.
2. Remove tangled threads and hairs.
Cleaning the sensors
1. Clean the sensors with a moist, lint-free cloth. If nec-
essary, use additional glass cleaner.
Replacing the button cell
1. Remove the battery packs, see Removing the bat-
tery pack.
2. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws from the
cap next to the left battery pack holder.
3. Replace the button cell type CR2032.
4. Use a screwdriver to reinsert the screws into the
cap.
5. Insert the battery packs, see Fitting the battery
packs.
Troubleshooting guide
If an error occurs, a notification appears on the device
display with instructions that must be followed to correct
the problem.
For error messages that can only be rectified by a ser-
vice technician, an error code is also displayed. If this
still occurs after several restarts, please contact cus-
tomer service.
