controlled clock in a different time zone than the standard setting
(UTC + 1 = Central European Time). Set the difference in hours
(e.g. -01) to the desired time zone.
Press and hold the SET button (21) in the normal time display for
approx. 3 seconds. The language of the day of the week display
flashes. Press the SET button (21) 6 times. The time zone (00) now
flashes and can be set with the UP button (20) or the DOWN
button (22). Confirm your setting by pressing the SET button (21).
Now perform a restart. Your radio radio-controlled clock continues
to receive the DCF77 radio signal, but shows the changed time
(e.g. 1 hour less).
Switch radio reception off, on and restart
You can manually switch off the radio signal reception
by pressing the WAVE button (28) on the back of the
radio-controlled clock for 3 seconds. The radio symbol
(1) flashes in the display. Press and hold the WAVE button
(28) again for 2 seconds and the radio symbol
disappears from the display. The radio-controlled clock will
temporarily no longer receive the radio signal. Now set the time
manually as described under basic settings.
The radio-controlled clock synchronizes the internal time daily
from 01:00 to 04:00 on the hour.
You can manually switch the radio signal reception back on by
pressing the WAVE button (28) on the back of the radio-
controlled clock for 3 seconds. The radio control symbol
flashes in the display. This process can take 3-10 minutes.
