5. Move the slider 17 to the right
position. The frying oil now
flows slowly through the small
screen in the bottom of the oil
tank 8 into the oil storage con-
tainer 21. If possible, do not
interrupt this process.
6. Through the inspection port 18 you can
see how much oil is already in the oil
storage container 21. It must not be
filled above the MAX 20 marking. This
corresponds to the maximum filling vol-
ume of the oil tank 8.
7. When the oil tank 8 is empty,
move the slider 17 to the left
position.
8. Pull out the oil storage container 21.
9. Check that the lid 24, the sliding shut-
ter 23 and the screw cap 22 are tightly
closed.
10.Place the oil storage container 21 with
the cleaned oil in a cool, dark, dry
place.

10.2 Reusing used frying oil
1. Check that the lid 24 and the sliding
shutter 23 are firmly closed.
2. Unscrew the screw cap 22.

3. Slowly pour the frying oil from the oil
storage container 21 into the oil
tank 8. Note that the filling level must
be between the MIN and MAX 9
markings.

4. Check the quality of the stored frying oil
again before frying (see "The basics of
frying" on page 9).
