The appliance is guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of purchase, proof of which is
provided by a document that is valid for tax purposes, issued by the authorised dealer. The document
must indicate the dealer's name and the selling date.
The document valid for tax purposes issued by the dealer must be kept together with the manual, in
order to keep the warranty valid.
A warranty is defined as the replacement or repair free of charge of parts of the appliance that are
defective because of manufacturing faults.
If service visits for appliances should be needed, the user must pay the "call-out charge" in use at the
moment of the assistance.
The warranty does not extend to parts that are faulty due to negligence or careless use (failure to comply
with operating instructions), incorrect installation or maintenance carried out by unauthorised persons,
shipping damage or circumstances that are not due to manufacturing faults in the appliance.
The warranty does not cover cases in which the product: has been incorrectly used; has been repaired,
serviced or handled by an unauthorised person or has been repaired and fitted with non-approved
spare parts.
The warranty does not cover the installation of electric power supply or the maintenance mentioned in
this manual.
Any improper use of the appliance also voids this warranty.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for direct or indirect harm to persons, things and domestic
animals that may arise due to failure to comply with the prescriptions set out in this manual and in
particular the instructions regarding installation, use and maintenance of the appliance.
If the appliance is repaired by one of the authorised service centres specified by the manufacturer the
relative transport risks shall be borne by the user. Transport costs shall always be borne by the user.
Replacing or repairing of parts under the terms of this warranty shall not extend the duration of the
warranty of the original product.
The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for any printing errors.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make any technical or aesthetic modifications that will improve the
quality and efficiency of the appliance without prior notice and without having to update this manual.
No part of this manual may be reproduced.
