If the machine doesn't start, or the washing cycles is stopped, before contacting the Authorised Service Centre
make the following checks:
Electrical system: make sure that the plug has been correctly inserted and that the switch and the
pushbutton are both in the 'ON' position;
Water system: make sure that the stopcock is 'OPEN';
Excessive noise: check for contact with furniture or sheet metal that could cause noise or vibrations;
make sure the glasses or dishes are correctly and stably loaded on the specific basket accessories;
Water leaks: make sure that the discharge is not blocked, the water-supply pipes are correctly
connected and that they are not Fig. 3 crushed or damaged;
The water solenoid valve filter: make sure also that is not clogged up;
The sprayers: make sure that they are not clogged up with scale or impurities.
Problem
After washing, the dishes look
opaque or badly washed.
If problems persist, make the appliance completely safe by disconnecting electric and water supplies and
contact the nearest Authorised Service Centre. Quote the product model shown on the rating plate.
9 TROUBLESHOOTING
Cause
Wash or rinse arm clogged by
impurities.
Jets blocked.
Filter clogged by impurities.
Too low detergent dosage
Insufficient washing
Insufficient pressure of the water
mains
Excess foam in the tank
Remedy
Cleaning of the same as indicated
in the chapter entitled
"Maintenance".
Cleaning of the same as indicated
in the chapter entitled
"Maintenance".
Cleaning of the filter as indicated
in the chapter entitled
"Maintenance".
Go to chapter "Using the
machine"
Cleaning of the wash arms
Connect a booster pump to the
machine
Reduce the dosage of the rinse
aid product
Check the temperatures
