3.3 Assembly
Step 1: Assembling the computer posts
This chapter describes how to assemble the DTM2000i treadmill. Before assembling
remove all parts from the box and make sure there is enough space available for the
assembly. Due to safety reasons and to prevent damaging, we advise you to assemble the
treadmill with two persons.
1. Place the main frame in an area where you have enough room to assemble the product.
2. Place the left computer post (2) against the main frame and fasten the three M8 bolts
(10) as displayed in the illustration below.
3. Before assembling the right computer post (3) join the connectors (83) to connector (82)
as shown within the illustration below. Then place the right computer post (3) against
the main frame and fasten the computer post into place with three M8 bolts (10).Please
pay attention that the connection cable will not get stuck between the post and the main
frame.
Do not fully tighten the bolts to make the next step of assembly easier.
