The texture of the ice cream is very important when using the machine. If the icecream runs too long
time, it will be too hard in the texture. Be careful that you follow the recipies in the instruction manual.

INSTALLATION
1.
Fit the outer bowl onto the supporter, it will click into place.
2.
Remove the inner bowl from the freezer and put it into the outer bowl.
3.
Fit the paddle unit into the inner bowl.
