6.4 Top up the regeneration salt
Note
Salt residues can have a negative effect on the wash result. It is best,
therefore, to top up the regeneration salt before starting the self-cleaning
programme.
Caution
Damage to the water softener
Chemicals such as detergent or rinse aid or other salts such as table salt
will inevitably damage the water softener.

Fill exclusively with regeneration salt or pure evaporated salt with a
maximum grain size of 1-4 mm.
