dente at the same time.
Burning point of separate kinds of oil
ATAG advises to choose an oil based on the baking temperature to
bake in a healthy way. Every kind of oil has a diff erent burning point
at which toxic gases are released. You can see the burning points of
diff erent kinds of oil in the table below.

The auxiliary support supplied for the wok burner or available as
an accessory provides additional stability in the case of a wok with a
round base.
Place the auxiliary support on the wok support as indicated in the
illustration.
The reduction support supplied with the unit or available as an
accessory enables you to use very small pans.
