Fitting screw clamp

Place the screw clamp (q) in one of the two sockets (14) on the fence guide and secure with the retaining
screw (r).
Adjusting the cutting depth
Turn the depth adjustment knob to set the cutting depth. Check that the saw blade does not come into
contact with any other part of the saw when lowering the top, especially if the saw is set for mitre and/or
bevel angle.

Crosscut/mitre sawing

Set the required mitre angle, bevel angle and cutting depth.
Place the workpiece against the fence guide and the worktable and secure with the screw clamp if
necessary (if it is fitted).
Push the lock button on the handle (7) to the left. Press the safety trigger (29) and the on/off switch
(28) on the handle and allow the saw to reach full speed before cutting the workpiece.
Lower the saw top onto the workpiece.
Release the on/off switch when the cut is finished and wait until the blade has completely stopped
before lifting the saw blade. The saw guard closes automatically when you lift the top part of the
saw.
Table circular sawing
Set the blade angle and bevel guide as required.
Place the workpiece on the saw table.
Switch on the saw with the switch (26) and allow the saw to reach full speed.
Feed in the workpiece with a steady, sliding movement. Use the bevel guide or a feeding
stick/block. Do not press with the saw.
Stop the saw with the red button when you have finished sawing.
