5. Product Description
5.1. Intended Use
Use the macsRemote and the mobile app (macsRemote Services) to establish a communication between vehicle and the
Hella Gutmann Service Center through the Internet.
The Hella Gutmann service technician uses a ticket system to access the vehicle in the workshop via remote connection
and to perform the requested service.
The remote access enables the Hella Gutmann service technician to do e.g. vehicle-specific calibrations of advanced driver
assistance systems.

5.2.1. Checking Delivery Contents
Please check the delivery contents upon receiving your product so that complaints can be issued immediately regarding
potential damage or missing parts.
Proceed as follows to check the delivery contents:
1. Open the package supplied and check for completeness based on the delivery slip.
Should you identify any damage to the package, then open the package in the presence of the delivery ser-
vice and check the delivery contents for hidden damage. Any transport damage to the package supplied and
damage to the delivery contents shall be registered in a damage report by the delivery service.
2. Take the delivery contents out of the packaging.
3. Check the delivery contents for damage.
